Booking Terms & Conditions

Definitions and Interpretation

These Booking Terms & Conditions establish the legal framework governing the relationship between Cheers Experiences (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), and the individuals participating in the Experiences (referred to as "you" or "your"). Together with any email correspondence and information on our website, these terms constitute a binding contract.

- "we," "us," and "our" denote CHEERS EXPERIENCES."

- "you" or "your" collectively refers to the individuals participating in the Experiences.

- "Head Organizer" is the individual responsible for initiating the booking process.

- "Experience" encompasses events, entertainment, and services arranged through Cheers Experiences.

- "Booking" pertains to the reservation of one or more Experiences confirmed via email.

- "our email address" is cheers.experiences@gmail.com.

- Our website is accessible at https://cheersexperiences.com.

Bookings

By making a booking, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. The Head Organizer is responsible for ensuring all participants comprehend these conditions before proceeding with the booking.

Payment

For bookings made 7 days or more in advance:

  • Confirmation of your booking requires an initial non-refundable payment equivalent to one guest's cost. Full payment for all remaining guests is due no later than 7 days before the event.

For bookings made less than 7 days in advance:

  • A 15% "last-minute" premium is applied. An initial non-refundable payment equivalent to the cost of 4 guests is required for confirmation. Full payment for all remaining guests is due no later than 72 hours before the event.

Refund Policy

In the event of a complete Booking cancellation:

  • Notification of cancellation before the full payment due date entitles you to a refund of all amounts paid toward the booking, excluding the initial non-refundable payment.

  • No refund is issued for cancellations notified after the full payment due date.

Changes in Group Size

  • If your group size falls below the minimum range, you are still required to pay the "per person rate" for the minimum number of guests.

  • Requests to increase the group size must be communicated to us. Additional guests will be charged the same "per person rate" plus an administrative fee.

Pricing Policy

Quoted prices are valid for up to 14 days and are subject to availability.

Changes and Cancellations by Us

In rare circumstances necessitating significant changes or cancellations to your Booking, we will provide you with options for resolution.

Weather Conditions

Options will be provided if adverse weather conditions prevent participation in scheduled Experiences.

Our Liability

Our liability is limited as outlined; we recommend securing adequate personal insurance coverage.

Your Liability

You assume responsibility for your actions, damages, and any additional expenses incurred.

Timing

While we accommodate minor timing adjustments, tardiness may result in consequences. Finalized timing details will be provided in the Detailed Booking Schedule.

Behaviour

Appropriate conduct is expected at all times. Prohibited actions are clearly defined.

Health

Ensure compliance with Experience requirements to avoid forfeiture of refunds due to inability to participate.

Complaints Procedure

Unresolved issues should be promptly reported. A formal complaint may be submitted within 14 days post-event for investigation.

Documentation

All guests must be of legal age and possess valid government-issued photo identification.

Contradictory Information

In the event of conflicting information, the terms outlined in this contract supersede any other sources.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Cheers Experiences does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website.
